Repeat Prescriptions

* Repeat Prescriptions requests cannot be taken over the telephone *

Your doctor may have put your regular drugs onto repeat prescription for you. This means that for a period of time you can request another prescription without an appointment.

When will my prescription be ready?

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.

multicolour_pillsHow can I order my repeat prescription?

  • Tick off only the items you require on the tear off request form from and hand in (or send) to the practice. If you would like the prescription posted back to you, please attach a stamped self-addressed envelope.
  • Order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

Please do Note:

Ask for items which are not on your repeat list, especially if these can be bought at a pharmacy without prescription. Our reception staff are unable to process these, and requesting them causes delay in issuing your prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions
